Easter Egg Hunt
Join us at the Hermitage Pavilion for a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt! The hunt begins at 10:00 AM sharp. Children will be divided into age groups: 0-3, 4-6, and 7-10. Please bring your own basket. In case of rain, the event will be held the following Saturday.

Last Day of School Party
School is out! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of games and snacks. Activities include water balloon toss, face painting, bounce house, and ice cream truck. All Hermitage children and their friends are welcome to attend. Parents must be present for children under 12.

Memorial Day Pool Party

Yes, the covenants for your community requires that a request be submitted prior to any modification being performed. You can find the Application for Modification form here. This process helps ensure that any installation, construction, or alteration of an improvement to the property (structure and lot) is in conformity and harmony with the external design, quality and existing standards of the community.
Applications are submitted via email to Homeside Properties as a scanned PDF at acc@homesideproperties.com or through the U.S. Mail at Homeside Properties, Inc., 2555 Westside Pkwy, Suite 600, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. Due to quality and clarity issues, applications cannot be accepted via fax or via a smartphone photo of the application, and also cannot be sent via cloud document services (e.g. DropBox).

Trash and Recycling is collected every Friday. Please place bins at the curb no earlier than 6 PM the night before.
